PageRank Update October 2007

Filed under: GoogleBugs — Neeraj Rattu @ 1:38 am
Another Google PageRank update is underway. For example for Saatchi Art Forums has some data centers reporting at PageRank of 0, when it was at PageRank 6.
I will keep track of other URLs as well, like my other pages:
Art Gallery  currently at PageRank 7
Museums  currently at pagerank 6,
ArtRoom currently at PageRank 6,
Art Coolege  currently at PageRank 6,
Dealers & Galleries  is currently at PageRank 6.
ArtFairs currently at PageRank 0.
Showdown  currently at PageRank 6.
StuArt  currently at PageRank 6,
Crits currently at PageRank 7,
Street Art  currently at PageRank 0,
Chat Live  currently at PageRank 6.
So it seems Google are in the process of updating the PageRanks.

  1. Thanks for visiting The Coding Pad (http://codingpad.maryspad.com) and leaving a comment. This is interesting. I try not to pay attention to pagerank too much but it’s hard to ignore all the commenting and posts about it online. My blogs are pretty new and rank 0 right now so it will be interesting to see how they do in the next update. I don’t do a lot of link building, at least not intentionally, I rely mostly on SERPs for traffic. But it’s interesting trying to figure out what Google will be looking at as a criteria for PR, given all the link laundering and link buying schemes.

    thanks again for the visit. I’ll be keeping an eye on googlebugs!

  2. It’s always ‘bugged’ me how http://www.example.com can get a PR4 but http://example.com a PR0. Why is that? Also, was the PR update really finished today - October 27th - or is it going to continue for another couple of weeks?

  3. I’m happy with this update since my site stepped from pagerank 3 to pagerank 4!

    A strange update anyway… we’ve waited for 6 months and now a lot of sites have lost 1-2 or eve 3 pr points!

  7. search this in google $ano1= $fecha1[0].$fecha1[1].$fecha1[2].$fecha1[3];
    now take a look in the results… you will see 4 pages, now try to the page 4;
    Surprice!! you has been redirected to the page 2 and it is 2 pages missing… now you will only
    get 2 pages and not 4….small bug but… my site it was in the 3th page….:-(

  8. I’m very interested in topics like that, but this one sounds especially truthful, and I really trust the source where it came from. Sooner or later it was going to come out and it finally did!

  11. Writing comments is a very good deal, but only in case when you understand the topic completely

  12. link building campaign…

    A great website should possess large volumes of traffic and links. You have to put in a little bit of effort to market your website if you want to reach out to people on the internet and make your site noticeable. It is not necessary to spend a lot of …
